That's why testosterone replacement therapy (trt) is ran with hcg to keep your bodies natural testosterone production going, prevent testicular atrophy, and keep your sperm count up. Trt is one of the lowest risk/highest reward things that you can do if your test is low and you need it. If you are over 40, naturally your testosterone level will "naturally" begin to decline. If you are in need of testosterone treatment, you probably shouldn't consult a elf sim forum for pertinent information in regards to that particular subject.
