Damn well for health reasons I'm glad you started, congrats on the loss and gains but yeah you should be squatting nearly 500 and Deadlift about the same. At 180 I'm at 1085 with 280 Bench 405 Deadlift and Squat 400. Keep it up though man and don't listen to the trolls you're about to get lol

Oh I am... I also done this with nothing but water and food.... pre work out also.. no offense to the needle users.. but my gainz are clean and earned
