Correct me if I'm wrong but if you are grouped the class penalties are spread and you should level at same rate. Also class/race penalties rule they shouldn't be removed.

You are not wrong and class penalties will be very present on Green99 until the appropriate point in the timeline post Velious whereupon they will be removed
