I find it rather sad that people who are obviously playing on this server for only one reason (nostalgia) still feel the need to rip into a guy who's obviously concerned with nothing more than nostalgia.
I'm being dramatic by making a simple request? I'm a douche because I want back the name of the toon I played for 3 years? LoL. Believe it or not, fellas, "threatening" to leave a game isn't exactly a world-ending proposition for some of us. Even if I don't play on Project1999, guess what? I continue to exist! Mhm!
I love the way people find it so easy to be spiteful and cruel on the internet. Where are all these free-thinkin tough-guy badasses in the real world? I never seem to run into them.
All I can say is I hope the person playing Knuckle right now is less of a douche than you people are. By all means, continue gnashing your teeth and rending your garments over my most heinous sin.
