I don't know much about Jeremy's character; I do know he isn't banned, and that he runs a leader board that he pays for out of pocket that many people appreciate. I also don't know what him suggesting that there be clearer rules has to do with anything.

The point still seems valid to me. There should be clearer and more defined rules for this Project, particularly red. It seems unfair to suspend people for unwritten rules, that at times are applied completely differently, or not at all.
