I have one on a rogue, iirc ive MQ'd one before in WFP or something and as long as your neutral you shouldn't have to worry about faction, kos won't work maybe. I dunno what these are worth maybe 500 to 1k? sword is a lot more rare, hate is just more of a 'get there, find one to drop' type thing. If other guy bails out or wants too much, send me a PM.
