If you plan on playing your Necro in Velious which will be out soon, I would suggest you just go out and level it now. There is NO noob zones in Velious. And a Necro really needs NO gear at all to get the job done.

Just use the cheap, aka, free Robe you got from the trainer, and go for it. You need to be at least mid 20's to do any Velious low level zones.
