Alot of the time people who go lfg, have no intention of being the one to try and form the group up. They just want someone else to do the work and for them to show up

Step up to the plate and be the one to /who all <level range your looking for> LFG, and shoot some tells about asking if they'd wanna form a group somewhere, get some camp checks done etc.
It's not that hard to form a group.
