Table tennis, Air Hockey, online racing games, Elder Scrolls, or other single/multiplayer games(not a sport but just push your desk over by a window open said window and let the sun and air(cant say fresh live in a city) in.
Start a hobby, read a book, ignore negative people and actually try to enjoy whatever you can and are doing.
