I had a giant chart about half way done of all the Kael/Sleepers/NToV upgrades, but never got feedback from the devs if they wanted to implement it so I have not bothered finishing it.

Vindi BP sucking, Tormax Belt being pretty bad also, Velketors loot all got minor boosts from what I saw. Plus some others.
