Melee's are meat puppets in Velious not really DPS machines. Even now that is their role just to take a beating and have others beat or spell cast the mobs down. Even a Paladin is good at taking a beating, I know, you are shocked I said something good about them lol. |
Swiftblade is really not good at all... it was kind of notorious for it's mediocrity. Curious what the "tons more" are - I can't think of a single viable Velious-era non proc tanking weapon, thanks in part to the fact that very good tank weapons become very easily available (frostbringer, lodi club, etc)
