No, but this isn't scientific research. This is entrepreneurship.
I did the initial feasibility analysis and testing that made this possible out of my own pocket, lived off of savings for a year, and then built a prototype with my own money.
The ACS is the authoritative body over pretty much anything to do with chemistry, and at this conference they will have a lot of people who have done research, and have paid hundreds or thousands of dollars to present or speak.
There were three people chosen from around the world who were actually INVITED to present and speak, because something they created was that fucking awesome. I was one of them.
