To make it closer to live (at least to real kunark/velious era)

Loot timer - should be able to loot someone else's kill after 5min 50sec instead of 4min 50sec

Begging - should be able to raise skill on npcs that have agro, I did it all the time (auto attack off, beg, auto attack on)

Mend/sense heading - should not require training from guild master (which it does at the moment)

Backstab - current formula showing example numbers for easy reference (offense 252 + strength 255)/100 * ( weapon dmg 15 * (2 + backstab 225 * 0.02)) = 494.xxx which is why many rogues are reporting seeing 494 max

Should be:

(Offense 252 + strength 255)/100 * (((weapon dmg 15 * (2 + backstab 225 * 0.02)) + dmg bonus 11.66666) = 553.xxx, which is more familiar number
