We find the pattern. It seems pretty clear that its a GTT.net issue. At this point someone can probably call them and report an issue with their network. (Same thing I did with XO Communications).
Though its better if a legitimate business does it (like an admin from P99), rather than some random guy calling for some other random guys that cant play their game. At that point, they'll check it out and if they notice the problem too, they'll fix it (if they can).
