So this does appear to be a routing issue. I tried it with normal internet, and a vpn. I was able to login when using the vpn. This was all working normally for me just a few hours ago. Is 66.55.145.2 the actual ip address of the server? I get timeouts even over the vpn that I can login with. First trace is my normal internet, and second is a vpn.

P.S. If anyone wants me to do additional testing just let me know. I'm a network engineer though I'm a managed services guy, so I don't deal with core, or cdn routers ever.
