The Hybrid penalty should NOT be removed at the start of Velious. Should be about a month or two into it. Who knows what the timeline will be on here but I would guess it will be sooner than later.

So Rangers are pretty much equal to a Warrior DPS wise without Disks. Behind a lot to a Rogue, about 65% of a Monk, and above a SK and Pally. So middle of the road. But will be a damn good class in Velious once the XP penalty comes off. Tracking is worth it alone to have one.
