If you are okay with paying, Napster is a pretty decent option. It's $14.99 for three months and you get 15 mp3 download credits every time it renews, so basically you're buying an album every three months and getting Napster for free.

It doesn't have the evolving radio station thing like Pandora, but I always thought their algorithm was pretty lame anyway. It does have a ton of preset radio stations that change their playlist every couple weeks.
