Well this kind of leads to the truth. Everything about the way Empire operates points to a guild who doesn't really want a 2 or 3 guild server.
The mass recruitment the griefing etc. Its really about fielding 100 person raids on a 350 peak server.
I'm sure there are a handful of people there that want a competitive raid environment but its a definite minority
