The odds of this happening can be low or high, (depending on the mob).
So to start a raid fight with a Fatty is normally done to remove this initial problem.

First, even if somebody wanted to buy this argument, this is an SK thread and main-tanking raid mobs is pretty much a warrior issue.
Second, if your raid wipes because the initial MT fails to position the mob correctly due to being stunned, or because the DPS turns the mob while the MT is stunned, the real problem is that your raid force is bad. Frontal stun immunity makes some things much easier, but the absence of frontal stun immunity doesn't wipe a raid. This is EQ, the only things that wipe a raid are being undermanned, getting trained, & being bad. Bring enough people, fraps the asshats (or train 'em back if that's the way the server plays it), and most especially: Don't be bad.
