And, I would guess, even with Diblasio's new rules for cops, Loli looks like he's puerto-rican, or bi-racial. Just think of the epic beating he would take if he got busted smoking weed in the open. His claims that he was A. out Friday night with the other person in the picture and B. Smoking weed with sad other person on his laps have been debunked. Mermaid parade was last week on Saturday, and it looks like the other pic of the "mermaid" he claims to have been with are of her by herself.
