No. The Earth is very old and dinosaurs in no way evidence for evolution whatsoever. In fact, fossils disprove evolution because there are countless living fossils. AKA creatures that are extremely old and found in the fossil record dating back millions of years that still exist today. No evolution whatsoever. Still the same exact creature it was 100-500 million years ago as it is today. We've got 2 billion year old preserved bacteria specimens that are identical to the modern day version. Every living organism remains what it is, period.
