Rogue with non-trashed faction (no rogue epic MQs after faction is trashed) gets Stanos to appear, then its really a matter of trial and error with the pull... I've seen someone try to kite the whole entourage around the zone and peel Stanos off, but there's other ways I'm sure.

Faction doesn't matter anymore since they fixed sneak text triggers. Poor dark elf rogues, like myself, either had to stoop to asking someone else to spawn Stanos or doing faction work. Just be ready to mash hide or you'll get killed probably faster than you ever have been by anything, especially if you try to run.
