Default Blizzard only ticking once
Hey, the 54 druid spell Blizzard is only hitting for one tick instead of three, making it a pretty useless spell. I've tested it in both PvP and PvE and it's definitely not working as intended. Have a feeling this might have something to do with the dot tick changes since this problem showed up around the same time.
