Just to clarify Syft, since Colgate is also a University it is not considered a name violation. It doesn't matter what Colgate's intentions are by naming his character Colgate or what his avatar shows. I could name my character Green after Tom Green but it wouldn't be a problem since there are other meanings for the word green, even if my avatar was Tom Green.

Burgerking is not the same and was played by a retard with no respect so it was an easy decision to change his name.
