This is the first time I heard of this rule that once ruled upon it cannot be changed? How many times was someone found clean for RMT and then new evidence was supported that changed the ruling?

Eunomia, Colgate University is named after William Colgate, who founded the toothpaste company. It is still a trademarked name. If I named my character McDonald's it would be a violation but still be the founder's last name.

This is also the first time I've heard someone's emotional state can over-rule the evidence provided. Does it also matter if someone is mad when they present evidence of RMT must they present the facts calmly or the RMTer is allowed to go free?
