Pending update, all buff durations gain an extra tic relative to spdat except for those that use buffdurationformula 4 and 5 (these are mostly all bard songs).
You still won't see 203 (will be 191 on final tic now) on splurt until velious due to the final tic being added somewhere between the kunark and velious spdats.
