Most Necro pets are research only. At least they were intended to be.
However SKs share these same pets, and as such they can often be found in the SK guilds. Check the SK merchants in Cab in the tunnels under the Shaman guild. Generally speaking, I've found the wiki's spell locations are accurate, so don't get your hopes up.
If it's not there either you can travel to one of those locations, or research it. Or just go without the pet (you just got charm undead, so you really don't need a pet because charming is a faster and more fun way to level!)
