And I mean it's not necessarily a mental illness. It's a variant type of person. Just means they think differently than "normal" people, which in many cases is a good thing. I think they probably shouldn't breed because of that, but girls will marry guys with money and overlook social behavioral cues that having kids with this guy isn't a great idea.
