Hell maybe I have it all wrong and the DA officers along with a few of their players get together frequently to conspire and use hax.
It was never mentioned in voice chat, never posted on a forum (I should know, I searched the entire guild forum DB) or anything of that sort.
I logged in, we hit targets, switched people watching targets (including myself) and did our thing. Same went for IB although I never watched a target for them while I was a recruit.

You're missing the point.
No one cares if you all sit around on MSN passing pre-compiles of MQ2, no one cares if you plot major exploits to gun for CT.
Everyone cares about your accountability, DA has never owed up to anything, they simply purged the member and swept the issue under the rug. They never went to Div/IB/TMO etc. and said "Sorry members we're cheating, have a free Nagafen" and bow out for a week by choice. No. The GM's had to pressure you into doing that.
I think the best solution for DA's PR department would be a public disclosure and a proven plan to restructure their leadership and recruitment process, and put more transparency on the issue. DA just needs to have a seat Chris Hansen style and comb out the roster, but they're unwilling to do as such which is causing the most animosity from your rivals.
The sheer fact:
You're taking no steps into rectifying the situation, you're only trolling, an flinging allegations. Start with a solution and work backwards and be professional for a change instead of trying to play guild-warfare all the time.
Diplomacy bro, use it.
