I don't believe in bans, I think everyone should be able to play but I wouldn't absolve people... I'd rather just disband the guild, remove the leadership and block any attempts at reforming another guild. Durison and crew can still play the box, but they totally won't be able to raid under their banner, nor create a new puppet guild.
I would also stop poopsocking by flushing the zone out every 10 minutes with #aggrozone
