I was in Prophecy on Bertox back in the day... probably from summer-ish 1999 thru spring 2001 or so. As I remember we stopped playing sometime shortly after Prophecy started doing Plane of Growth.
The character
Iniamyen was actually played by both myself and my younger brother tag-team style since we were both in high school and busy with other stuff.
Since that time, a lot has happened (college, jobs, marriage, kid) but it's still pretty amazing to be able to connect to members of the same community. I have great memories of huge wipes after porting into Plane of Hate, huge trains in Lower Guk, always dying in The Hole and Chardok without ever seeing the end, and a million other deaths in cool places I can't remember right now.
I don't know why I didn't find out about P1999 until now, but it looks like a fun way to have a little nostalgia. Cheers everybody.
