This item that was dropped by the 2 npcs in Cabilis doesnt just get added to them in the database by mistake or a bug, it has to be added and thats nothing the guides or even the holy Sirken can do, its only the devs.

Obviously, devs are involved, allowing people to make seafury-like money so they can spend those huge gainz, its not like a dev would have any more efficient ways to do such a thing.
