Moba communities are wicked toxic places. Which turn me off of them. But overall HoTS itself isn't a bad game. I'd play it over Dota2 and LoL. But in terms of enjoyment I like Smite the best. While Ive played Dota2 and have an understanding of whats going on, trying to get new people into it is rough based on the horrible spectator UI, Which makes broadcasting and viewing it tedious, They need more of a quick chart reference to tab to instead of keeping the CS/Deny menu up. A basic LoL (Smite) type score sheet at the bottom with gear would go a long way.
With Blizzard backing HoTS it should be interesting to see what happens when they put full weight of the company behind it, and start getting legit regional and world championships going. They should also think about tweaking the laning phase of the game, and drop some of the PvE focus objectives.
