The NPC "Thumpy Irontoe" (Note: not Tumpy Irontoe) doesn't appear to spawn in the Qeynos Aqueduct sewers.

Maybe he's on such a long spawntime that I don't see him ever. I do spend a lot of time in the aqueducts, because I'm weird like that.
Someone mentioned that he can be found around loc: +740, +105, and that he paths around the smuggler. This guy doesn't even have an entry on the Project 1999 wiki.
If I am totally wrong about this, and he does exist, by all means, please disregard.
