Perhaps you have the same problem; I have a fairly new card so it boggled me to no end but I am not one to question. Perhaps this might help you as it has revitalized EQ for me. Best of luck.

My issue was resolved with the ethernet cable. I've not died in 5 levels in OT thanks to the physical connection.
