I agree, 25 DEX on my warrior is only time I ask for VoG and only when I'm MT. But my warriors gear is bad (Crafted BP - Q_Q). But with DEX from Shaman and better gear, I'm pretty sure warriors max out DEX, and they definitely will in Velious.
At which point the 12 AC on SoS looks quite tasty IMO. Not that chanters will be super busy on most Velious raids.

only crafted piece i have left is arms. feels good to be free of that gear but it will be missed as it took me to 55
