You'll find a bunch of League of Legends forum posts where he does this exact same crazy ranting thing he's doing here ("a system that allows for zero response at the time of the complaint only serves one purpose.. to lessen the workload of those running the system.... so you can play gun monkey to the Riot execs."). Heck, he probably came here after being banned there.
