Try pasting this over your old TargetIndicator.ini . Be sure to make a back up first and let me know if this works. I'm fixing my EQUI download now, but will take a bit to be approved. Sorry for the hassle [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Tried this but it still didn't work. What I did was copy the default ui into a new folder, then overwrote the code portion of my TargetIndicator.ini file with the code provided, and overwrote the target rings .tga files with the previous one you posted and it still no worky.
