This is off the Project1999 Wiki, under the Totemic Armor quest page:
"*Note* If you're reading the Allakazahm page they talk about a the level 45 Lich of Miragul paroling the cave. Neither I nor another shaman have seen him and I'm fairly certain he is only added after the Planes of Power expansion so don't worry about him."
