Can other people that are having the issue post a log from WinMTR to 66.55.145.2 ?
I'm wondering if other people are getting the same high amount of packet loss with ntt.net
Edit: Nevermind. Initially I was concerned about the packet loss but
similar posts have had the ping issue debunked. Its also inconsistent to think its a ping issue when my connection health (F11) shows 0% packet loss consistently. I dont think its ever gone below 100% aside from once.
