woa woa woah it has a memblur after the break? not to any of my knowledge. that would be very cool.
it simply operates as a long duration, low-level charm I'm pretty sure. with a slightly higher chance of fizzling. ultimately useless, but I guess if you're scumming around low level outdoor zones it could be niche.
