I was in a full group yesterday in Guk and there was a ton of interaction in it. But I must admit it is more rare than I remember back in the days of live.
Seems to be a LOT more quite than you would think. But if you start talking it can start others to talk also.

But yes, Qeynos is about one of the worse places in the game to get into a group in my opinion. Go to EC like has been mentioned.
