Why is your chat window overlapping your pet window which is overlapping your buffwindow that is in the middle of the screen randomly? GAH! And how do you actually read Chat3 without it overlapping everything else? Also, NOTHING is centered, your hotbars are slightly shifted to the left of your chat windows and your target is shifted to the left also, you should probably just clsoe your window bar...
