Unfortunately, I've done both of those things already
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Left the modem & router off overnight and rebooted in the morning, and called Centurylink who basically just said "well we don't see anything wrong, so it's not our fault - but we'll perform a reset for you!"
Guess i'll try manually resetting to factory and updating the firmware - not sure what else to do.
