That seems like something that could happen now? Seems like the petition questing is having a bigger effect on reducing pvp though.
anyhow, seems like the petitioning really only applies to the 2 guilds. Maybe the respective leaders agree on it as internal policy, tell sirken and it would end LNS petition quest for all time and forever.

remove pnp for 56+ for the love of god. If you need to Lns at 56+ just roll another character and play that one.
