When it's time to do something everyone in <Good Guys> goes into team mode. For the disparity in guild cultures there really is very little animosity in the guild and everyone is working better together than ever.
Some small things still need to be worked out. When people "clique up" it's when they aren't doing things that the guild needs. You don't take people who have been friends for years and expect them to cozy up to everybody all the time. When shit needs to get done they turn that mode off so who cares?
<Empire> has already stated that they don't care about some people and that they value some over others. No one in <Good Guys> is more important than anyone else, and no one is treated that way. That shit is going to come back and bite you guys in the ass.
Already have a few <Empire> talking to me about joining and I'm not even an officer.
