Ahh but see that's my point, those people provided additional evidence to prove thier innocence, and then were unbanned. That's exactly my point. If he's innocent, he should prove it. But why did it take so long to come forward with this incredible evidence? Why now? These are things the at l staff in sure are going to consider.

See I stopped reading here. Why would you need to prove innocence. The onus of proof should be on the prosecution. You need to prove someone did something... not the other way around. Or I could just say... Uggme is committing RMT. You could get banned ... now prove you didn't do it?
