I love item recharging and have a merchant toon on blue with a TON of shit on it, that I use to recharge evrything when im done for the night on multiple characters.
That said, I understand why its nerfed on red for lots of different reasons.
Note, It wasn't nerfed on red to prevent people from binding in PoM though. But for the reasons it was (pvp) it makes a whole sense.
That said, I dont think it would end the world if the y put nameplates above skellies. I would prefer if that didnt happen myself.
