Mallet recharging would benefit everyone on red. And before ppl try to say it's for empires selfish reason. I believe empire is better equipped to handle velious w.o recharging mallets than the opposition. Just not entirely sure ppl have the foresite to understand how much of a pve advantage blue will have and already have over red with recharging.
