not me, never petitioned anyone in game despite numerous lns violations and shit. youd have to be doing something really bad for me to petition IE hacks, exploits, ect. I am just saying, if you dont break the rules, you dont have to worry about it.
btw I think my character Bastard is up to a dozen petition over his name. A little birdy told me lol.
